Your first step... start practicing,

There is no time like the the present to start your path to health and resurrecting from cancer. Getting started simply means reviewing the instructions, setting your timer for 5 minutes and getting going. 
 


How to Execute the Basic Zijiu Method.

The most basic Zijiu Method requires you to assume a standing position and remain stationary for a period of time (there is actually a sitting version, but the standing position, gather's life-energy via the physical position and gives better results for beginners).

In a nutshell, the standing position goes like this:

Step-by-step Guide to The Basic Zijiu Method

  1. Stand upright and relax your body, mind and heart.
  2. Stand with feet parallel and shoulder-width apart.
  3. Bend both knees slightly (about 60 degrees). The knees should be even with the tips of the toes.
  4. Keep your spine upright and straight, as if you are sitting on a chair.
  5. Raise your palms in front of your face with thumbs stretched and pointing towards your mouth. The rest of the fingers should be straight and close together, forming a 90-degree angle with the thumbs. Do not push your palms against each other.
  6. Apply strength from the tips of the fingers all the way to your shoulders.
  7. Hold in your lower abdominal muscles and tighten your anal muscle. The rest of the muscles, other than those mentioned in Step 5 & 6, should remain relaxed.
  8. Close your mouth and gently rest the tip of your tongue lightly against the roof of the mouth.
  9. Breathe naturally through your nose, expanding and contracting your chest as needed throughout the exercise.
  10. Gently close your eyes and direct your gaze downward. Put all your worries aside and enter into a meditative state of mind.

 

Ending Your Session

  1. At the end of each session, straighten up slowly and rub your palms together until they feel warm. This helps the life-Eenergy that you have gathered to nourish your internal organs through your hands.method-steps-end.gif
  2. Then use both hands to gently massage your face in upward strokes starting from the cheeks right to your forehead for a couple of times.
  3. Lastly, rub your lower belly for about 10 seconds in each direction to gather the newly gained life force into your dan tian, where life-energy lives.


Some Tips for Practicing the Method.

After geting into position, it is crucial to clear all thoughts from your mind as though you are meditating.

You will inevitably find thoughts creeping into your mind during your practice. Don’t entertain or repress any of them. Just gently observe them and soon you will find them disappear without a trace.

Practice every day, and don't get discouraged. Even at 5 minutes, you are gathering life-energy, and making an impact on your body.

Start with 5 minutes. Build up slowly by increasing your time as you gained more stamina and confidence. Make your goal to practice for at least thirty minutes. That’s the optimum minimum time required to reap real healing benefits.
